Trouble Free Refunds and Cancellations
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact the Customer Support Team at 800FOODC (80036632) or email us at info@foodcrowd.com within 24hrs from the time you have receiving the items. In order to be eligible for a refund or product(s) replacement, we kindly ask you to share the picture(s) of the defected product(s) by email or WhatsApp and return the defected product(s) to us within a maximum of 24hrs from the time you have receiving the items. Just inform us and we will arrange for a pickup.

You can check your order status in the My Account section under Order History.
If you cancel any part or all of your order and you paid by credit card, we will release the required blocked amount from your card. No refund will be required.
If you cancel any items and chose to pay using Cash on Delivery, your delivery driver will collect the updated amount.

Returns and Refunds 
When you receive your delivery, please check each item carefully before accepting the order. 
If for any reason you do not like any item(s), simply tell your delivery driver to take the item(s) back. 
For Credit Card orders, we will process your refund immediately, but this might take up to 10 days to reflect on your statement depending on your card and authorizing bank. 
Refunds for all Cash on Delivery orders will be done to your Food Crowd Wallet.
