How to Eat:
Ripe dragon fruit are bright red.
Similar to avocado, ripe dragon fruit will be soft but not mushy.
To eat a fresh dragon fruit, first cut it in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.
Then scoop out the fruit or cut it into cubes but cutting vertical and horizontal lines in the pulp without cutting into the peel. Then push backthe skin to spoon out the cubes.
Then add to salads, smoothies or yoghurt, or simpl enjoy by itself.
