Hajdu Halloumi Cheese has a firm texture same as mozzarella cheese, brine and vacuum packed to keep its freshness for longer time.
This salty and slightly chewy cheese is made from a mixture of sheep, cow and goat milk, packed full of healthy fats, fibre, calcium and protein.
Ideal for cooking since it has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled.
Substitute grilled slices of Halloumi for bread in sandwiches as a gluten-free option.
